The Raw Ingredients
Here at Bramble & Iris we are very lucky to have the space to grow organic fresh vegetables and give our hens free range to produce delicious eggs. Not to mention our namesakes - Bramble and Iris the goats!
Health comes from the quality of the ingredients you buy so shopping for the best fresh nutritious produce you can afford makes all the difference!
Access to quality local food can be a challenge but if you can find a farmers market or small shop selling fresh ingredients then make the investment in your health and support local producers at the same time!
Most supermarkets have a selection of organinc and free range food so choose your vegetables, eggs, dairy and meat from these isles if you can.
